We gathered at the Latin Buffet to await a special visit from Juan Sepulveda from the White House. In case you are not familiar with him, he was just appointed by our President Obama to Senior Advisor for Hispanic Affairs. Now is the opportunity for us as voters of this nation to give input, especially as Hispanic voters who happen to be part of the Democratic party. What is needed in the nation to improve on the state of things as they are? A round-table discussion was underway. Once our brief introduction was done then, we got down to the issues at hand; to  speak on what changes we would like to see in the upcoming presidential election. More education was mentioned for those Hispanic voters who are not well informed about the issues and accomplishments thus far. In the media, you hear a lot about the negative side of things. President Obama has made it possible for students to be approved for Pelt Grants and allow a child to be medically covered until the age of 22, for example.  It was suggested that we  focus on our young voters to lead the way, and represent. No doubt this coming election will be heated for either side, routing for their candidate to win. Let the best man to lead our nation be revealed at the voting polls.
