Upcoming OSCC-DHCF Scheduled Meetings

Dears Members of  the OSCC-DHCF,

Below are the scheduled dates for our monthly
meetings of the OSCC-DHCF membership.

On the third (3th.) Wednesday of each month; the OSCC-DHCF monthly 

meetings will be held at the

ADMINISTRATION BUILDING OF OSCEOLA COUNTY COMMISSION

1 Courthouse Square

( DOWNTOWN) KISSIMMEE, Florida 34741
LARGE CONFERENCE ROOM 4727 at 7:00 p.m.:

June 15, 2011; July 20, 2011; August 17, 2011; September 21, 2011;
October 19, 2011; November 16, 2011 (Nominating Committee;

preparing for the next election of the OSCC-DHCF on January 2012);

 December 21, 2011 (Christmas Party).

Your participation is very important at our monthly meetings.  Please
bring your ideas to bring forth strategies in order to improve our 

OSCC-DHCF.
Try to always invite a new person ( future memberships).
We all have been participating in many activities. I personally want to say
 THANK YOU ALL.  Without your active participation; progress would not

 be possible.
  We need to stay motivated and continue fighting for OUR EQUAL RIGHTS.

In our next meeting we will have the opportunity to WELCOME four (4)
NEW MEMBERS.  Our participation in the HISPANIC-EXPO 2011 In Orlando
produced new memberships for our expansion.  

Let us continue to work together and keep going towards a positive future.

Be prepared to choose a Standing Committee to belong to.  I do not want
to appoint no one; one or two must be selected. I need your assistance and 

I can not do it without your help.

Just in case you don't have the By-Laws. The following are The Standing 

Committee:
By-Laws; Campaign; Finance; Membership; Public Relation, Ways and
Means.
The following are vacant officer positions non-elected:
 Historian and Sergeant at-arms.
I would like notify you that Ms. Sonia Viruet has been appointed as
Parliamentarian.  I will make the announcement in our next meeting.
We need get ready for FUNDRAISING (August or September 2011).
Next week I will send  you all the AGENDA for the next meeting.  If any
of the Members like to add any information. Please let me know in
advance in order to make the necessary corrections to be included it in the

 AGENDA.
 DO NOT HESITATE IN REPLYING WITH A COMMENT OR PROVIDING

 INFORMATION TO THE AGENDA.
