No one can not see your thoughts

 Last night at our Osceola Chapter of the Democratic Hispanic Caucus. We conducted our monthly meeting...it began on a positive note, but towards the end, it became heated among members. No one cannot see your thoughts! 
Many of the members had unresolved feelings, but never voiced them assuming that others in the membership would know why they were disheartened. 
My advice: Speak on it and do not stuff it! It will not sit well in you, and it will bring forth conflict. That would not make for a successful environment, especially in a club or a civic group. 
There are various reasons why we seek to join civic groups within our community. For some is to make an impact in some way,  for others is to participate and be part of a group that contributes in a local community.

 Regardless, what the reasons may be? The results can be most rewarding.

Anoche en nuestro Capítulo Osceola del Caucus Hispano del Partido Demócrata. Hemos llevado a cabo nuestra reunión mensual ... Comenzó con una nota positiva, pero hacia el final se convirtió climatizada entre los miembros. Nadie puede ver lo que piensas! Muchos de los miembros tenían sentimientos no resueltos, pero nunca expresaron que si se asume que los demás en el número de miembros sabrían por qué se desanimaron.
 Mi consejo: Habla en él y no cosas de él! No se sienta bien en ti y que traerá conflictos. Eso no haría para un entorno de éxito sobre todo en un club o un grupo cívico. Hay varias razones por las que tratamos de unirse a grupos cívicos dentro de nuestra comunidad. Para algunos es hacer un impacto de alguna manera, para otros es participar y ser parte de un grupo que contribuye en una comunidad local.

 En cualquier caso, lo que las razones pueden ser? Los resultados finales pueden ser muy gratificante.

                                                                                                                   

Political Asperations

When ever you see someone involved in politics...what inspires them? Do they want to make their mark by doing good works and contribute to change? Are they craving the glory without laying down the foundation? I have always wondered about this.

How about the person that join civic groups. Is it for a secondary gain?
If so, this can lead to a destructive path. It is that negative determination that is the driving force. It will not matter to how they attain it or what they will have to compromise to get it.

Miguel was a passionate person, especially when it came to the political arena. If he believed in the candidate, then there would be nothing to stand in his way of helping them succeed. Even, if the candidate is not viewed as a viable one to others. He went by his gut instincts through and through.

 To lose someone suddenly without warning is never easy. All we can do is honor them. Share a memory that connected you to them.

Incluso, si el candidato no es considerado como una opción viable para los demás. Se fue por sus instintos hasta la médula. Perder a alguien de repente sin avisar nunca es fácil.
